All orders are packed and dispatched from our Sydney-based facility in Australia.
Orders placed before 1pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed next business day. Once shipped via Australia Post Express, most deliveries arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
Returns and refunds are only available if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (see our Refunds & Returns Policy).
We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards, secure online transfers, crypto currency (APPLE PAY/PAYPAL/GOOGLE PAY). All payments are processed through encrypted gateways for maximum security.
Peptides should be stored in a cool, dry environment (2–8°C), away from direct sunlight and humidity. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, they should be refrigerated.
All our peptides are ≥99% pure and supplied with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) verifying their identity and quality.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please reach out to us immediately after placing it. Orders are processed promptly to ensure fast delivery, so changes can only be made before your order has been shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at info@pureformpeptides.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We will promptly investigate and offer are placement, refund, or store credit.
Yes — as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
